She's the daughter of James Buchanan Barnes and Cammy White. After their last adventure together Cammy had a one night stand with James before he resumed his role as the Winter Soldier. When growing up, Cammy noticed that Rebecca was proficient on the skill known as Psycho Powers. This alarmed her, but Cammy acquired the help of Rose to help controlling it.
