what kind of matterials did you use for it?

The base is cardboard, the fabric material covering the head is some yellow plush fabric.
I hot glued the lines on the head for the rotting detail. the "metal rods" in the right ear are actually pencils hot glued in.
The wires are from an old computer. the eyes are solid foam balls and painted with acrylic paint and glow in the dark paint.
Β Over the eyes are halves of a plastic clear Christmas ornament. To make it look "greenish" Its faded green spray paint lightly applied to the head.
Β The nose is sculpted from oven bake clay, "Sculpey" brand. The teeth are foam board. I hope this helps!
