I think Scout and Spy work good, too. Scout's the distraction, Spy's the destroyer/killer.

Oh, without a doubt. And when playing CTF, most likely, there'll be an Engie or two in the intel room. Spy saps Sentries, and while Engies destroy sappers, Scout grabs intel and flees.
