Here we goooo...Just to get a clearer image of what Ned is aware of and who Ned was, I guess. Mostly stuff you already knew, though, right? XD
I know it's like introducing a new character, but I that's the point. Say hi to Bertrand Dubrowski, friends.

Random: last night I had a dream where polar bears were killing people, and at the end I told one guy "I'd be up there on the roof with a sniper rifle, like Bert from Tremors. I need something with penetration! And I'd shoot it twice, just to make sure it was dead." -even in the dream, the penetration part just sounded wrong. Anyway, whenever I think of 'Bertrand Dubrowski', I think of Bert Gummer.

Reminds me a bit of Robert Duval's speech to the thugs in [link] >Second Hand Lions. (Don't let Hayley Joel Osment deter you from watching- he's actually pretty good in this and the movie is less about him and more about the two grand masters of Awesome- Michael Kain and Robert Duval.)

Coloring's very well rendered. The bottom text I really struggle to read through. It's perhaps the staircase composition.

I like how his hair has gone from dark brown to golden as the competition's progressed.
Also really like the colouring on this page, especially since you've admitted in the past that colouring gives you a little more trouble(if I'm not mistaken).

FUNFACT FOR THE DAY!:
Ned was actually supposed to be a pretty orangey red-head in my original design, it's just that at the time that the reference was needed I didn't have time to color it myself so I passed it on to *Miniyuna to do it for me. She ended up drawing most of the colors from a reference where his hair isn't really that visible and had mostly been shadowed with a sort of dark muddy color, which is how it ended up on the reference (also she made a typo on the reference. I don't think I ever fixed that XDDD). For a couple pictures after that I was sort of "Okay, well, it's on the reference, I might as well use it..." until I decided to go back to my original plan since neither mahl nor serain had decided to color their entries. XD I sorta figured "Well...no one's going to notice."
Though the blondishness in this page is mostly because I used a yellow lighting effect to increase contrast from higlights and shadows XDDD Whoopsiedoodles!
