Okay... this is supposed to actually be the 2nd page, but I totally messed up on the first one. *laughs*SO, just imagine the first page being a sort of collage of newspapers and television reports of Jervis's release. Yeah? *laughs* Wee exposition.
NOW this page is actually really unclean because this started off as a doodle. Yeah, I'm telling the truth. But I sort of... pushed more on it because I was really really really bored during Econ today. *laughs* So, sorry if some of it is incomprehensible.
If you don't understand... Jervis is in a cafe, reading a newspaper, basically complaining about how others are complaining about him. Then he just sort of decides to shrug it off and that all that matters at the moment is that he's sure he's in control. ANd then he accidentally knocks the sugar shaker off of the table. The "BUMP!" panel was added last moment because I realized that it didn't translate well, and I didn't have space for another panel. So I just put that as a little lead up.
OH WELL. *laughs* I'll continue on, fix things up later, right now I'm watching Pride and Prejudice. gahahah

I always feel Jervis missed a calling as "that quirky college prof. who teaches literature". Can see him as the type to bring in the appropriate props when they cover a new author.

If it did start as a doodle, it still looks pretty clean. All of my work I draw first and then ink right on top of it... and then try desperately to erase. I need to learn how to actually use photoshop to color things and clean them up!

Wow! I used to love the Animated Series, and I found this comic, went back and watched the episode where Jervis was introduced, and now I am hooked!

I'm really happy they brought the Adventures of Batman and Robin back to TV. The Mad Hatter is just one of my favourite Batman villains, and I was lucky enough to record his first episode.
