Just a couple of doodles because I haven't been able to do that lately. It's all been either commissions or projects I've been chiselling away on and I just wanted something I'll draw real fast and post. So here you go.A tiny bit different. Once upon a time, someone demanded to know why I took Tracy's style instead of using my own. After I got over the initial annoyance/slight offense (for my own reasons), I told them that it was on one hand that the characters were so well designed that I wanted to carry that on...
...and on the other hand, they'd look funny in my style. Not that my style isn't apparent when I draw them normally, but apparently that person didn't understand that I was drawing fan art and thusly not really fully appropriating the style for everything I did. But manz.
Anyway, this is them in a slightly more crispy-ish style. Which um...I dunno, calls for long necks. No reference or nothin, so that's all me, peeps. Not too much of a change, huh? Don't know if I prefer this, but it was easier for me to draw anyway.
Might do it to the rest of the crew eventually.

There's a clear difference in style, not (as you said) there isn't some of your style when you draw them in her style.

I know what you mean! Though I haven't had anyone accusing me of copying yet, I agree that her style of drawing is designed very well! It's easy to mess with and get many different faces and emotions. I wanna use it too...
Your style is pretty dang good too! I think they look more human like, instead of the very ROUND headed cats tracy draws.
