Aright heres my finished guide to my Closed Species Drakulians! man this was so fun to make and come up with ideas for haha, ill be working on a base for these fellahs then ill be open for customs of these fellahs or ill make a couple adopts

Drakulians are a closed species. This means that they are not for free use - they cannot be created by anyone other than myself, but they can be purchased from me as adopts or customs.

Background Information:
Drakulians are a dragon species that has grown and evolved to live underground almost their whole lives, developing strong claws to dig threw dirt and stone as well as an armoured back for protection against falling rocks. Over years of evolution the species has also developed crystals growing from their bodies, these crystals range from many rare gems such as Rubies and Emeralds. The Jewels let off a constant glow to aid the Drakulian in seeing underground, the gems also dim and lighted with mood, ofter glowing brighter with happyness. Because of their natural jewels, this species is often hunted for them, causing the species to build their hives deeper and deeper underground, rarely coming into contact with other species.

The Drakulians live in a hive-like system made up of a king and queen ruler in charge of the rest of the hive; the hive is a very large open cavern, with hundreds of tunnels leading to it, and a large lake in the centre of the cavern. Jobs in the hive are often determined by the rarity of traits a Drakulian is born with, the king and queen born with mainly mythical traits are in charge, with other Mythical traited Drakulians and sometimes even rare traited Drakulians serving high roles such as royal guards and Scientists.
Those of the Rare category that only have a few rare traits are still looked up apon and can find themselves getting most jobs they desire; those with un-common traits will find it a little harder to get high ranking roles in the hive but some still achieve they glory they are after. While those with mainly common traits are usually looked down apon and spend a lot of or all their lives as farmers.

While being and underground based species, the guards and the guards alone rarely go up to the surface for supplies to bring back to the colony.
While living peacefully among crystals underground this species still has a very real fear of a certain Crystal, the Dark Crystals. Any Drakulian that comes into contact with one of these gems finds their body parts becoming ripped and twisted, spending too much time there will cause the Drakulians gems to darken, a black rooting pattern to emerge from the darkened jewels and spread across the body. The more their body becomes corrupt the more they loose parts of their minds until they are completely gone, once completely corrupt the Drakulian often attacks those near it, or flees the colony as it is a duty of the guards to put down the corrupt for good.

The gem as well as traits are passed down to the offspring, for example, two Drakulians with mainly rare traits have a hight chance to produce a pure rare offspring with even Mythic traits. This means that it is also highly unlikely for the two Rare traited parents to bare a un-common or lower offspring.

Body:
Drakulians have 3 main body types, scales, feathers and fur. But these body types do not have to be the same of those above and can vary in design. Some having a feathery crown going down the back of their head, extra fur in places as well as diffrent wing designs including fully feathered, half feathers, with/with out claws etc.

Elemental Breath:
Like other dragons these dragons also have the ability to breathe many diffrent elements such as fire, earth, electricity, air and more, the Drakulians rarity doesn't effect the element at all.

Diet:
As for their Diet they are Omnivores, eating a wide range of things from fruit, meat and even bugs.

Age:
Drakulians live to 1000 with 10 human years equaling 1 Drakulian year

Jobs:
Drakulians have many jobs as they are an advanced race similar to humans, as such there are jobs such as Royal Guards, Blacksmith, Jeweller, Construction worker, Fisherman, Farmer, Miner and more. Though Drakulians tend to get better jobs the rarer the Drakulian, with common Drakulian getting the jobs of farmers and miners but rare Drakulians becoming Royal Guards or Jewellers.
