(uploaded to scraps because this is unfinished. D= And I don't want it at the top of my gallery. sorry about the watermark)... I was so sure I had uploaded this before, but I couldn't find it in my gallery /=
Oh well. This is the outline to a comic strip I made last semester at school. I sent a colored version to a magazine, but I forgot to save it to my computer x_x;; Silly me.
But the fun part is that this comic strip will be published in a magazine now
I heard from the publisher today, and I will be getting paid for it! Yay, money!

*shakes head* I guess it comes down to that-only-happens-to-someone-else syndrome. People just refuse to believe that something could happen to THEM.. But I guess we forget that we're all "someone else" to..............well, someone else.

Yeah. This is actually somewhat based on a true event o-o;
I was out on a walk, and was crossing over a street when this guy on a bike came rushing from around the corner, barely missed me as he goes over the street, and nearly got hit by a car in the process because none of them seemed to be paying attention to their surroundings. The car did bump into the back wheel of the bike just as it stopped, so the guy almost fell off anyway. I allowed myself a loud, hearty "Haw Haw!" laugh when I saw that.
But the bicyclists in MalmΓΆ really are a pain sometimes. Once, a person on a bike nearly rammed my grandpa head on when my grandparents and my uncles were coming here to visit me. o_o; And my grandpa is in a wheelchair, too.

^^ Well, I got a call from this guy who works for "VΓ₯rt malmΓΆ", and they want to publish this comic strip in the next issue that will come out in the beginning of next week. At least that's what I gathered from the conversation I had with him o_o;;
And I'm so excited about this, I think I will soon explode in a puff of confetti and rainbow-colored smoke. 0w0
