Terms of service is as follows:
When commissioning art from me at least half of the payment must be received upon confirming the sketch.

My commissions are for personal use only

Commercial use of any commission unless agreed upon by both the artist and commissioner will result in an instant blacklist and possible legal action.

I do not give refunds unless I am completely unable to complete a commission or the commission is not finished by a determined deadline. Once a refund is completed you are forfeiting the right to receive the art. ***

My watermark/signature is not to be removed under any circumstances

I reserve the right to use any commissioned art for my own personal promotion
