EnglishDedicated to all people who disable comments on their deviations...anf therefore restrain our freedom of speech.........Nah, just joking
, it is known that a lot of hyena deviants are walking around there, waiting the good occasion to scrap your art and all the stuff, so disabling comments can spare you a lot of inconveniences. 
Maybe I should disable comments on this stamp....

, c'est un secret pour personne que certaines personnes n'attendent qu'une occasion pour venir deverser leur fiel sur vos deviations, desactiver les commentaires vous epargne certainement beaucoup de desagrements. Peut-etre que je devrais moi aussi desactiver les commentaires sur ce stamp.....

Cyber bullying and trolls are on the internet, but that doesn't mean someone is a coward because they are wanting to avoid unnecessary drama. Why would you indulge yourself in negativity for so long? It can affect your health and mental state. Why do you think people hurt themselves because of unnecessary verbal remarks? I am not saying if someone is easily broken down over something minor, but if a person really said something that upsets someone else, then they have every right to avoid that drama and not deal with it. Making fun of them for doing that is not mature. When the same thing goes back around, the trouble maker will want some respect, too.

I feel a person has every right to disable comments if they want. Calling them "cowards" is not always the case. Some one people, like me, prefer some of our artworks with disabled comments because we feel it is not important anymore, or we may have changed a style and don't want comments on the older style. I do not care if someone disable comments on their work. However, I can't say this is a good thing to do if you are purposely provoking someone to anger.
Overall, people should chill out over "disabled comments". It is not to be taken so seriously, especially if it is a minor artwork.

That notion about blocking comments being cowardly and denying others freedom of speech is completely false. Having your own account should be like having your own house or apartment. You are allowed to put your own rules there, invite people over, and kick them out as soon as they act obnoxious. Sure, the public can see your artwork but a person should have control of how to run their own account, not the public. It also isn't hard to look at someone else's artwork without typing something in. Using your eyeballs isn't the same as using your fingers or speaking.

I think this stamp is hilarious, especially the yellow emote! I get the occasional troll/basher/hater and what they say in their comments really lower my confidence! So I hide the comment and ignore them, but if you have art which is based on an opinion or something which you KNOW others won't like, disabling comments is fine! Nice work

well sometimes it kinda sucks because when i see a drawing painting or photo that i really love and i want to puke compliments all over it but then i realize that the comments are disabled

I might disable comments on my stuff soon, why? because I have gotten flame and hate messages from people all over D.A.
They spread rumors about me (they call it 'warning' others about me), they tell people to block me, and when i ask them why they are doing it to me, they say I did it to myself.
All my horrible haters dont know what its like to have autism.

I also don't like to see fighting in the comments of my work. Not that many people comment in the first place. I hate how people think I'm cowardly because I "hide" from the criticism, that I'm too much of a big baby to handle it.
