After playing the Custom Story "Into the Multiverse" (it's a w.i.p., so there's still more to it that hasn't been released yet), I got an awesome idea for a Custom Story:
The story begins like any other; Chell is sent into a test-chamber by GLaDOS with the intention of beating it. Β However, just before you beat the chamber, Chell hears lots and lots of gunfire. Β Suddenly, a hole in the wall is blasted open by an explosion...from the outside. Β As Chell escapes the test-chamber, alarms are blaring throughout the facility. Β "Alert: Aperture Science is under attack! Β Be advised, attackers are Combine Forces! Β Deploy Sentry Turrets immediately!" Β As Chell runs through Aperture's labyrinthine web of walkways, service tunnels, and abandoned office wings, she must find her way out of the invasion...and out of the facility...alive. Β But in the frantic, shattered world where Aperture Science and Black Mesa are rivals and the Combines are taking over the planet, a safe escape will notΒ be easy. Β Friendships will be broken. Β Allies will be lost. Β Blood will be shed. Β This is not Aperture's war. Β But in every war, there is always...
