Description
The power hungry Grox deffinitely did not miss out on the disasterous 'Time War'.
Although their empire was comparatively small compared to other species, they mounted up their fighters and frigates and hyper warped towards the centre of the Universe.
The Grox wanted their name to be known, and their wish would be granted...

Many Grox were killed in that war, very few escaped. Those that did were either driven insane or scarred for life. Muttering on about the death and the occasional refference of a flying blue box. It was a very brutal battle...
The Grox saw very little of the actual Time War, but were fortunate, or rather unfortunate to be given a taste of an entire Dalek Battle Fleet that was prepairing for a time jump.

Without a second's hesitation, the Daleks began to fire upon the unprepared Grox ships. The Grox' system of being confronted with a new alien species is to open communication, and this usually works. But these were the Daleks, they did not abide by the laws of the Grox' system.

The Dalek fleet was composed of large cladded Saucers, which was an advantage to the smaller agile fighters of the Grox. This however was not a major benefit, but did provide enough space for the Grox to destroy the Dalek's lead Saucer.
Most of the Grox's fleet was desotroyed. They were simply overwhelmed buy the sheer power and might of the Dalek Empire.

But the Grox had made their name known. The Dalek's did indeed take notice of this unexpected attack of an unknown species, and continue to seek out these new found enemies even now.

This took a very long time to set up.
It's partly inspired by the Dr Who Episode: 'Victory of the Daleks' where WW2 planes fly into space and fight a mighty Dalek Saucer.

I'd love to make more pictures like this in the future.
And I might just do that...
