Description A drawing I drew while camping. I've come up with this idea for an RPG inspired by League of Extraordinary Gentlemen; same time period, with, like, urban fantasy. Classes I've come up with are Writer, Artist, Musician, Scientist, Inventor, Philosopher, Scholar, and Actor. Yes, there is a difference between Philosopher and Scholar--at least, in my RPG. Anyways, this was the drawing I drew for the Writer. I like everything about it except for his eye. Kudos to my bro on telling me the first time around that my folds sucked--I think I did better this time.

Yeah, his name is supposed to be Jareth...but I have a feeling that's been used somewhere.

Thanks. I should really go back to this and rework it; I like the idea (both the RPG and the drawing)... Although now that I look at it, the pattern I drew on the chair reminds me disturbingly of fishnet clothing. o.O

I agree about the sleeve. I am amazed at how well-drawn these folds are, when every other time I try to draw folds I fail miserably. Thanks for the comment and the fav!

Actually, it was the name of David Bowie's Goblin King in Labyrinth... but tell me more about this RPG, because I LOVE the LXG!!

DANG IT. I knew it was from somewhere... Anyways...

Well, I still don't really know where I'm going with it yet, but the main attributes are Etiquette, Articulation, Creativity, Mysticism, Intelligence, and Wisdom. See, this is more along the lines of D&D, without the physical attributes like Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution (though Strength and Dexterity are still there--they just don't play as big parts as the other attributes). Each of the classes will have special abilities, like the Scientist can create stuff from medicines to a Jekyll&Hyde-esque potion, or the Inventor can make weapons and tools. The Creativity based classes (Writer, Artist, Musician) will have more supernatural abilities--I have an idea in my head that the Writer can write text that'll leap off the paper and bind something like ropes--but I'm still working on them. I actually got the idea while reading the Picture of Dorian Gray; I haven't finished the book, though, so I still don't know how Dorian's life got bound to his painting...

Well, there's basically a sum up of what I have so far. You like?

I like... I'll take Musician once you get the whole thing plotted out!
