I think the folds are beautiful, not too many at all! I think its a cool concept, it also makes me think of quintessence, you know the 5th element that "heavenly bodies" are made of and the highest ranking one. You have such a professional stye, I don't know if you actually draw manga but I wouldn't be surprised if you were able to have success with it and get published with a big following!

I like the foldy-dress-of-DOOM! We all go overboard on some pieces. You MUST dare to go over the side, sometimes. Most of the time you might get all wet, but sometimes you come up with a pearl of great price. ^_^

Woa, almost TOO many folds. depends on what type of style your going for. As I've said with your other pictures, you are VERY talented with colours. I like her hair, I can't draw curls, so I appreciate people who can.
