Original Piece: [link]Okay, I admit it, I've been putting this off for a while. But finally, it's done and the outcome is what it is.
A collaboration done with the very talented who did the lovely lineart and I, who, for the first time in my life, was the one to do the coloring, which ended up only mediocre anyway. All soft-shaded; no cell-shading this time around. There are a few rough spots, but I think it came out alright overall.
This'll be my last piece for a while because I'm leaving for Seattle tomorrow evening and I still have to finish finish packing. Plus, the internet on the cruise ship is terribly overpriced and the computers probably don't even have Photoshop, so I'm going to spend twelve days without internet...or computers in general Ohnoes.

I really like your soft-shading. <33 It blends together and adds a nice, glowy touch to your pictures. I love how Ten-Ten's hair came out. >D

All right? It turned out beautiful! I still can't believe you use a mouse - this is tablet quality art. You do such a beautiful job on their hair, as usual. I think the hair could be a little darker in some places, and some of the shadows on the body need to be a little darker as well, but that's to a minimal extent. And the photoshopped background blends in so well with the picture.

I spent a lot of time on the skin (used, like, seven layers for tones) so by the time I got to the hair, which is usually the last thing I do, I sorta stopped putting in so much effort. xD
