Description This is one of my dad's pieces and one of my favorites between both of our collections. This is 100% natural pyrite crystals from Spain! These crystals are good size too! The largest one is just over an inch wide and all of them are nearly perfect cubes! All five cubes can be seen in this image. I'm just so in love with this specimen! I want one like this one day. Yeah I have plenty of pyrite cubes, but none of them are in the matrix. Seeing them like this is just really fascinating: how something can just grow to look like that!

My dad says thanks! Yeah it was my first time seeing pyrite cubes when he got this thing in the mail. I spent days wondering if it was truly natural. Perfect cubes growing out of the ground was not a concept that was easy for a seven year old to grasp XD

Oh awesome! Yeah I'd love to talk about rocks I'm slowly uploading pictures of my collection, but I can still talk about the others I haven't gotten pictures of yet! Notes usually work best for chatting about things because I rarely use the chatrooms on here XD I do work most of the day, but I usually respond to notes when I get home ^^

It's awesome how such perfect cubes formed on such a rough surface.

Thanks! Yeah that's why Spanish pyrites are so cool! It's the only place on earth where they look this nice. Other pyrite cubes can be a little rougher or not as cubic, but you can always tell they are from Spain if they look shiny like a mirror
