Description
A chamaleo raptor, whose skin has the power to reproduce any color combination. It's specialized in hunting humans, so it has developed a plate on its head that has roughly the form of a human face. It's power can also reproduce on the body the effect of clothes, and also some kind of face on the head. Those are usually the last victim's ones. This raptor hunts from dusk till down, and inhabits tall grassland. When hunting, it stands upright and bend down its head to show its "mask".Tribute to the Judas Breed from "Mimic"

Peehaps a dilophosaur-esque dino-demon can use the concept, with the crest being mobile and "shapeshifting-capable", to mimic faces.
