So I got a little request to do some alien concepts for a Mass Effect inspired comic, by

So I came up with 3 of the best ideas that just floated to my head, and made these sketches pretty quick. They are like this to give the option for different armor and clothing style possibilities; also to make the anatomy more clear so that it is easy to duplicate to her style.

The first one I made is at the top left corner, an aquatic alien with tentacle limbs. Wrapped around her tentacles is a clear organic gel that is minipulated by the nerve endings of the tentacles, giving the species the ability to form arms and legs best suited to their environment. The gel can turn hard as stone or soft like liquid, and they don't conduct electricity either. The gel can easily transfers over to the other limbs, and the quantity of gel increases as the species reaches adulthood. Males are rare and don't grow as much organic gel as females, but the males are protected by females due to the fact that its their job to fertalize the race in an ancient mating ritual.

The bottom middle alien is hunter species, very tall race, but they are very agile. They are generally seperated by those that are agriculturaly orientated and those that hunt to survive in tribes. The species has natural hunting instincts, and a lot of the hunter tribes are either mercenary groups or bounty hunters. They have tails designed to dust away any tracks they leave behind, they have long legs and arms for mobility in tough terrain, and they have 2 sets of eyes that can look in 2 different directions. They are generally aggressive and playful, but also have the tendency to call people on their bluffs no matter the situation. Females share the same traits as the males, but females often show either self control or no control at all.

The alien on the top right corner is a small species, having a small body type and great mentality. This race has the power of telekinesis, but it is more emotional driven then based on level of knowledge. The species use their power to move objects up to 20 times their own body weight, and within a radius of 10 yards. The species have their own religion that is based on their power, and all of the strongest users of this power are very strong in their belief. There are some non-religious individuals who can still use their power without faith, but to a lesser extent. The species have transparent scalps that allow others to see the brain, but they have thick skulls and horns. They each also have unique freckle patterns on their faces to help distinguish one another, some even have different shapes of freckles. Males and females don't see their height as a disadvantage around other species, and treat everyone at the same level; they are not shy either.

So that's just a little idea of how they work, eventually these might be changed or if not, get replaced by a better version, but for now they are here.
