I really like the design you made it with, almost feels realistic. The eyes have some nice details, reminding me like they wear good make-up. The horns are as well good shaped, the same goes for the ears, from all the inside of them.
The body is also well shaped, from all the breast cavity. Some people might get confused by it, which adds a nice touch. The person's tail who is, falling I guess, is also well made.
A thing you maybe could have worked on is the falling person's stomach area, it doesn't seem very smooth, and the tail has a weird eye (of course this is your work, that can be kept). The legs also seem to be small.
Either way, I like how you did the work, you probably spent a lot of time on the details, and I like that! Good job

Ya, one of her defining features is that tail eye, her sister has one too. In terms of the stomach, I can see what you mean by the line quality, it is very sketchy, but if your saying that the rib cage and pelvis need to be smoothed out then,nah~
It tookΒ 20 min to sketch, and another 20 to scan and color, which is why I like to use this process for quick posts~

Design wise, this is pretty good. The look is pretty common for such characters, but at the same time you manage to still make them look rather original and different. The poses are good and the expressions are very well done. As for the choice in color, it's also very fitting. Now, in terms of line art, I think it'd look much better if the lines had a more inked look. Checking your artwork, I've noticed that your choice for the lines kinda differ on the artwork. Not sure exactly why, but I think this would really look good if its line looked more inked than sketched. I'd also like to see this with some shades and lighting, because as I said, this is a pretty good image. Now, a few things I kinda want to point out. The firs is the one with the blue dress, I'm not exactly sure what to make out of her neck. Can't tell if that's a collar, or a part of her neck. Next, the smaller one's feet are a bit... well, small. I'd suggest making them a bit bigger.
Overall, this is a good piece. Would like to see it inked and shaded though. Β

I think I might digitize the piece, though it isn't currently a priority; but to answer your question, ya that collar is actually loose skin sticking out of her neck, I won't bore you with the details as it is kind of a long story, but the short version would be that it is a religious symbol of status~
I'll eventually come back to this piece, and would probably do a better job on the feet~
