Wow. This piece has given me more one feeling towards it: warmth and sadness. Given by the description it really matches the drawing perfectly.
As for the drawing itself, I like the simple but well-proportioned designs from the girl and the almost dead person. 
I also like the detail this pic has with grass, that little plant and the rock, even the whole detail on the man's head is quite impressive. 
Apparently I noticed that you used a digital color for the background, since the rest looks drawn by hand, and while it looks nice, it seems distracting; that is if the background was actually digital, I don't know. I really like Zoey's design, though. Her appearence representing someone who is kind and does her job with dedication, and the crown kind of gives her that rank, which I appreciate said detail. And that expression is just perfect. Her smile reflects how she connects with peace to those who are at their last breath. 
Overall, this is a great piece of art I've seen in a while not only from an aesthetic point of view, but rather it's meaning. It can make up for one or two emotions for the viewer, something I really liked, Keep making good works like this I can see the dedication and heart this piece has, and I'll be looking forward to your works.

i like this piece because the part of the zombie that you show in this drawing is quite anatomically correct.
you did also a nice job on the depth of this piece because you did it with minimal shading, the shading on the pearl earing is quite a nice touch.
would have liked if there were a moon in this piece it would have showed a little bit more that this piece takes place in the evening, the stars do a nice job to tell it but still moon wouldn't feel out of place in such piece.
i love the princess you made she looks regal but also a little bit creepy, but that maybe because there is a zombie in the piece.
i hope you are going to give this piece some color, because if you keep it only to the night sky it would give the feeling that this piece only have finished.
btw i don't know what it is but something in this piece reminds of something out of dark souls games.
