Okay, his design is just plain win! Manta and a squid fused together?! Why hasn't this been done before?
Okay, just some minor points here are that the ends of his tentacles look like paper cutouts since they lack a bit of detail. The over all look of the guy is kinda skinny, I'm not sure if you were going for that or not when creating him, but it might be something you should look over.

Maybe not that heavy, the dude looked like he had muscles on his muscles! I guess an even mix of that and his own more streamlined look her would be an idea to bat around.

molto carino, anche se necessiterebbe di piΓΉ caratteristiche da pesce\squalo e da crostaceo.

l'ho fatto in modo che, visto nuotare da sopra, sembrasse un calamaro. Cmq, ho tolto il crostaceo x non farlo troppo simile a quello del film (che,x inciso, era mitico!), ma le mascelle e una pinna da squalo potrebbero non stonare, che dici?

ad essere sinceri, quel design era piuttosto ridicolo, il massimo che potrei prendere sono le quattro braccia belle robuste.
