The overall designs are pretty good so far. The teeth lining the adductor muscles might be a problem if the nagas try to close their mouths, though keeping their mouths perpetually open just might add to the creepy factor.
My only suggestion would be to angle the primary teeth more forwards, make the whole thing a bit more conducive to leech/lamprey-style biting.

Well, story marks them as cursed creatures, so anything worsening their situation helps XD

Not really: many fanged snakes can angle their fangs outwards quite a bit, and especially so when they make the first strike at prey.

A random word of caution: be careful when designing creatures based heavily on the Rule of Scary, because it can turn into the Rule of Funny/Stupid pretty quickly.
