I love the colors. I love the fluidity of the motion; the contrast between a flying bird and a standing wizard. Colors - have I mentioned colors? Dumbledore's eyes are more blue than how red Fawkes is. Beautiful.
And that resigned look, it's clear how the phoenix is a sign of hope yet within Albus, there's none. He doesn't seem like his life could be fixed. Calls for fanfiction, that sad glare does.
