Missed this one. Like the pose, expression and those eyes 
Composition and background make it really stand out.
Lines are not bad either.
Shading is not bad but there is a general lighting problem and some clothing lines/shapes are not that great.
Color combinations are meh...
And other things im too lazy to mention now sorry

Sometimes these things are easier, because messing it up might not be noticed that much. I mean, how often do you see a person in a weird perspective? Almost never. So you can't compare and thus drawing the perspective not so well might go unnoticed. While if you draw someone in a usually seen pose, it might not.
