Philip from the Penumbra games.Tried to do something new about shading and putting lights into my picture. Not sure if I like the result or not. He doesn't look that horrified as I wanted him to look :U Maybe next time then.
Awesome games are awesome!
But not as scary as real life. :3

They're never as scary as real life. Would it only be because there are no ADMINISTRATION STUFF in games! DUN DUN DUN!
Intense horror is something horribly, HORRIBLY difficult to express when trying to remain "realistic", regardless of the style. It's an extreme expression which recquires lots of details. (I should know, expressions are the thing I like to draw the most)
In this particular case... I think the main problem is the mouth, and specifically the mouthlines, which really should show up. The rest, however, looks good.
And nice try at the colored lines thing.
