if you wanted the track too stay longer and not worry about the cars falling off, put a screw between the ties into the tree. Too stop the cars from rolling, just take the wire tie off the bread bag and wrap it around the rail on the far side. Out of sight and provides a decent bump for the wheels too have to jump over.
