Back in 2004,I frequented a site called Imagination Forum which,among other things,was about theme park attractions...past,present and non-existent. It includes forums for people that envision attractions of their own creation;it was here that I created the Doomed Adventurers' Club,a re-imagining of Disney's Haunted Mansion relocated to Adventureland. If you wish to read my scene-by-scene synopsis,it can be found in my gallery,among my Haunted Mansion-themed artwork.

I also imagined an attraction at Disney's (formerly known as) Disney-MGM Studio park based on one of my favorite shows Mystery Science Theater 3000...it would be a 3-D movie,augmented with effects in the theater,similar to Muppet-Vision 3-D. I printed out the text,which I recently discovered in an old scrapbook. I wanted to post it here,but I had no desire to retype the entire thing,which as I recall,took a little more than two weeks to do...so I just scanned the printed text,erased all the unnecessary details such as headers and comments from others who'd read it back then...and here it is,part one of a two-part post!

Among my description of the SOL interiors,which you'd see while waiting in line,you may notice a description of a no-longer-usable escape pod...that was the basis for why joel couldn't just leave, a recent work that can also be seen in my gallery.

Also....I know,technically,this is literature,not digital art...I'm afraid the settings for literature wouldn't allow me to upload this kind of file.
