A take on Disneyland Haunted Mansion's newest resident...or rather,his return after his unheralded removal from the Mansion in its opening days!And for those of you who follow me who might be wondering...no,this is not the first of a whole series of homemade Garbage Pail Kids...they're interesting,but not as much as Wacky Packages.
