Description
When MAD first appeared as a comic book in '52,among their parodies were those of superheroes like Superman,Batman and Wonder Woman,but not any of Marvel's signature heroes,simply because that company didn't exist yet....but what if they had?
I pay tribute to Wally Wood with this one.

The original comic "Mad" may have not parodied X-Men or other super-heroes, but the later magazine version sure did plenty of times. IIRC, what you called them here was exactly what they did call them when they did.

I remember that! I just recently finished reading a mad magazine from '82 and realize it was meant for adults. There were things in there that would never make it into a mad magazine today. I am sad for that loss.

Yep along with all the other criminals of the Propaganda/Far Mongering industry like he was our nations toned down version of Joseph Gobbels, luckly his propaganda didnt spread to Western Europe, Canada, and Japan at it's height during 1953-1954.
