Why not put a 105 mm in the turret and have a side 37 mm turret, drive in the middle like the M2 medium and a 75mm sponson like a Lee (American tanks had guns everywhere!)? Like with design but 1930's style like an American Char B1. The Sherman could be a 'light' version' much like how the KV-1 was a 'light' version of a soviet multi-turreted monster from the 1930's XD.

Unless you mean the 105mm howitzer they fitted to some M4 Shermans, I think you'd need to up-scale the whole thing.

Yes the 105 howitzer.

Well, since it fit in the M4 turret, you should be able to replace the 75mm with the 105mm if you want

So we have a modified M3 Lee chassis with 2 M22 locust turrets along with an early M4 turret all of which have the M3's Commander Cupola with a machine gun. Plus each of the turrets have a co-axial MG. This is actually pretty believable for a American landship. But knowing the tank makers at those times there would be at least 10 more MGs crammed in there somewhere. Great work I love it!

Apart from the M22 turrets actually being m3 turrets (hence the MG cupolas), you're pretty much spot on
