I drew all the frames in MS Paint and dragged them into Animation Shop 3 to make a .gif.

You can do it with a program like gimp (Which is FREE to DL)
Personally I do it by making my 24 separate frames in MSPaint and then size them, and take them over to JASC Animation shop and have at it.
