Basically A box of demon voices is what I consider an MP3 device. I usually make these by rocking out to some sweet tunes. Some bands I listened to for this piece:
-Animal Collective
-Sigur Ros
-Caribou
-Math The Band
-Wolf Parade
There were several others but I picked out the more favorite artists of them all
Its funny, most of the albums were circa 2005ish, though I have newer albums for most of the artists, but my favorites still are the ones from that time period. Good Times.* * * *
This piece was made entirely in Adobe Illustrator CS5.

Things are pretty much the same here! Busy with work and personal projects... kinda sorta started a comic but its moving really slow. I'm also not happy with my compilation book and thinking of redoing it again, especially since I have like 6 or 7 new pieces I could throw in there. Too many projects haha.
I'm meeting quite regularly with some artists in Madison and each week it seems I pump out new concepts for pieces, I have 5-6 more sketched out that I'd like to do next.
Spring Con is next weekend too! My friend Kevin ( you met him at Fallcon) will be there pitching his comic along with his friend Josh who has a hilarious comic. Should be a really fun time. Will you be swinging over to the cities for the con?

Oh man, this weekend I picked up so many cool bands. Sometimes I just go on major splurges and buy buy buy... Keeps me inspired to work and its always fun to expand the playlist with new material. Music is Important.

I agree, I think music helps put some people "IN THE ZONE" so they are able to work more efficiently and be less distracted. Although I could see teachers having a problem with that, especially if they have to keep reminding students to take of their headphones for lectures and stuff... but for studying I think music is a good thing.

yeah me too. Just recently at my school we had to vote on the new school president, you know cause shcools almost over, and our new president promised us that we will be able to listen to our music durring study hall, but I heard a rumor that he tried to run for president before and that he said that he will do all these things and he wasn't able to fulfill those hopefull dreams so he couldn't become president. Now he's our president and I don't know if it's safe yet to pull out my ipod
