There was this one thing I read that I can also relate to, and it was that superheroes are usually born with their powers, or get them in some kind of freak accident. Like Superman. But the bad guys usually spend their whole lives studying and dedicating their lives to learning how to fight and how to do what they want. Like Joker. So if anything, I should aspire to be a villain, simply because I wasn't born with any powers, and I can't control if something terrible were to happen to me to make me a superhero
I have a lot of respect for villains, especially after reading that. And even more so towards Shredder after reading that little snippet into his mind

But if you think about it in the 2012 version he has been lie to about his origins his whole life not only that but Shen has choosen Yoshi instead of him (though according to the ep tale of the yokai saki said to shen "take me back" which could mean they use to date or something) but he seriously love her & just wanted to be love. I mean yeah he's insane but then again he is human & do have feelings & really you gotta feelΒ sorry for him.Β

Exactly, he's human just like everyone else. And he's struggled and suffered a lot. Of course he'd be miserable after losing everything he loved. Just think about how Splinter felt after he found out that Shredder took Miwa. That's how Shredder feels, but about everything he loved. He and Splinter used to be best friends. That must be awful to have to deal with. Losing everything. I definitely feel sorry for him and can understand his motives, definitely. Does he go about it in a good way? Not necessarily. But I can understand that loss and pain changes people. So I can really see why he does what he does.
Omg xDD Honestly though, in the flashbacks and stuff, he was definitely better looking than Splinter was. It's a shame that he was so burned and disfigured :/
