-Being big, tall, bulky and well-trained, Blackbullet is incredibly strong.
-Where Bullet is well able to use most kind of weaponry, he is at his best at hand-to-hand combat. He has mastered all the gladiator fighting-techniques and his career of a trainer has provided him an excellent eye for weaknesses in the opponent's fighting style.

Weaknesses:
-Bullet is very big. So he often has trouble in fitting or entering smaller buildings or places in general. He's also not too fast in his movements and even his altmode is big and cumbersome.
-Any kind of detailed finger work is pretty much impossibility to him.

Other:
- Loves naps. Being as large as he is, Bullet burns massive amounts of energy which he balances by having nice little naps whenever he can.- Being a father of two Bullet has mastered the art of bed time stories that catch the attention of older listeners as well. He is an excellent storyteller and has great imagination. Blackbullet’s stories are a guaranteed success of any campfire or boring rainy afternoon.

Personality:
A former gladiator, Blackbullet gained a reputation of a fierce fighter and a merciless opponent in combat. However in truth Bullet could be described as a friendly giant. He is placid and very laid-back, and also friendly to almost everyone. In his youth he used to be a lot more prejudiced towards others though and tended to be quick to judge, but since then life has soften most of his edges. The only remainder of his days of a proud and assertive gladiator is his disarmingly spiky sense of humor.

Like his mate, Bullet is one of those people who has a strong aura of stability and whom others often seek protection from. With his natural skills of leadership and the attitude of "everything will be fine" he gives out an impression of being capable of solving any situation imaginable. In truth Bullet worries very little and most often has steady faith in matters clearing up in time. He is very patient and steady with his emotions and always thinks before acting.

Having a history of a gladiator coach Bullet also has an incredible ability of encouraging his co-workers to do their best and often acts rather fatherly towards any younger bots assigned to work with him. He is very fond of sparklings and generally is one by spark himself.

Although highly devoted to the Autobot cause Blackbullet isn't fond of the war and his first priority has always been the well-being of his team. When on duty he surely enjoys a good fight always pursues for justice. As a commander he's strict and expects only the best of his inferiors. Bullet believes in law and order and he takes all his duties to heart and tolerates no insubordination. In military he has mainly worked as a negotiator and even in his regular life Bullet prefers solving conflicts with discussion rather than force. The only exceptions are the gladiator fights where Bullet always wishes to see the most capable fighter as the winner.

Blackbullet also feels a bit of a personal shame of a tyrant like Megatron arising from the gladiator ranks he himself originates from. This is one of the reasons that drives him forward in the war alongside with his wish to make the world a better place for his offspring.

Story:
Blackbullet was a gladiator in-training before the war - enthusiastic as he was he had made his way into the top class and had high hopes over passing the training and becoming a gladiator champion. He trained hard and basically had no time to do anything else - until he met Copperlace. Friendship with the teacher femme made Blackbullet to reconsider his goals and eventually after winning the championship he ended up applying for a career to be a gladiator trainer - and was accepted. After retiring the fighting he also gave up his personal passion of winning and rather channeled it into making the best out of his trainees.

When the war started Blackbullet immediately joined the Autobots and wanted to offer his skills to their service. He was assigned with a small reconnaissance team, with whom he found Mercury. By the time things got more intense Bullet had his family unit sent away from Cybertron - much to Coppelace's annoyance. Mercury however refused to part from his mentor so the two mechs stayed on Cybertron to continue the fight. Yet Bullet promised his mate to come back to her as soon as he could.

Relationships:

- Copperlace : Blackbullet first met his future-mate as he lost a bet for his friends in a bar and was forced to go to hit on Copperlace. Getting slightly annoyed by her fiery attitude Bullet found no further interest in the teacher-femme. He also considered he didn't have time for femmes in general. However, as they later on accidentally kept crashing on each other and got their first prejudices over each other settled - the duo befriended. Bullet quickly grew fond of Copperlace's vividness and over the long evenings spent chatting and joking together, he started to grow deeper feelings for her.

-Mercury : Mercury was found by Bullet's team on a regular scouting mission. He had ended up in trouble with some Decepticons and would have probably ended up as scrap metal should Blackbullet not have rescued him in time. Even though the rest of his party mainly laughed over the young mechling acting all tough, Blackbullet saw potential in Mercury and took him under his wing. Mercury quickly became valued and loved member of the team and currently Bullet pretty much considers him his son.

-Redshear : Redshear joined the team after Blackbullet saved him from the laboratory the Decepticons attacked. The scientist refused to takes sides, but with time and effort Bullet managed to win his trust. Bullet is one of those few persons alive who knows Redshear's story and whom the scientist truly considers his friend.

-Coal and Steamswipe: Sons.

Yes it was like hundred years ago since my last refsheet.
I'm a snail.

Bullet was one of those characters whose design process was difficult from the start. First it took me quite a while to nail his personality and story down,
then it took me 5 scrapped design attempts before I managed to draw him the way I wanted him to look ... and then it took me eternity to color him and then it took me another eternity to finish his bio.

But it feels good to finally have him out in the open ^^
Now I only need to draw him with his family!
