What you see here are 2 animated characters with the same name, Kiff Kroker from Futurama and Kiff Chatterley from the show of the same name, of whom are of a different gender. In the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film, I would imagine there being things that Kiff Kroker does not like about Kiff Chatterley, for instance with if she should even be called Kiff since she's a girl. The female Kiff meanwhile might have a thing against aliens, of which could be determined if ever they were to show up in her show.

Interesting enough the female Kiff's show premiered the same year that the male Kiff's show got revived for a 2nd time, both shows could even have some of the same voice actors somewhere down the line.
