Thought I'd make use of one of my own meme inserters, which is about silent animated characters that could possibly speak off camera in the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film:

Ah Tom And Jerry, a silent cat and mouse who spoke for the first and only time when they had their own fully animated film in 1992. Off camera in the live action Rescue Rangers film, I would imagine them explaining what it's like not being able to speak, and they'd have the same sorts of voices they had in that film which had them speaking, all to the point where they'd bring that up.
