I have heard somewhere that Chip n Dale: Rescue Rangers was originally intended to be about Bernard and Bianca from The Rescuers, so I would imagine those two mice in the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film having something to say about it. Atleast their film had a sequel one year after the premiere of the show that Chip and Dale starred in, which unfortunately was a failure to the point of later follow ups to Disney Animated Feature Films from prior to 2006 (aside from Fantasia 2000 per what Walt Disney himself had in mind with the first film) being straight to video/DVD, a pity none of them were a 3rd Rescuers film that would've happily recasted the characters that had their voice actors pass away at some point following The Rescuers Down Under. Of course since the live action Rescue Rangers film did not seem to acknowledge the follow ups from DisneyToon Studios and TV Spinoffs to the point of there possibly having been different actors for those roles, I wouldn't be surprised if Bernard and Bianca actually don't have anything to say about there not having been a 3rd Rescuers film from DisneyToon Studios.
