Jaq, Gus and the other mice seen in Cinderella would probably not have the same sorts of high voices off camera in the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film, kind of like Chip and Dale themselves. For Jaq in particular I guess he would have the same sort of voice his human form had in Cinderella II.
