Chip n Dale as we know in the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film didn't have high pitched voices like they do in all other media when it comes to their off camera lives, done in courtesy of John Mulaney and Andy Samberg. So what if other animated characters with pitched voices were to speak normally off camera as well? By that I mean those who's voice actors were pitched shifted when recording their lines to the point of being high pitched or distorted or the sort given to characters that I'll be featuring in meme inserters that I start up myself.
