Hello everyone! CuriousWren here, I don't have much to say besides that I attempted to try with bolder lines, I did not like it, lol. But I thought I'd post it anyway since I think it looks fine, lol.

Karabi

Personal thoughts:

While we don't see much of Karabi, right from the beginning you can see her abuse towards Kyoga, trying to force her to come out to her abusive boyfriend when, as we saw, clearly wasn't safe to do so. While her asking if they'd still be together after their marriage is a valid question, she has no right to act the way she did, trying to guilt trip Kyoga by saying "Right, you love me, but you don't want anyone to know about us." Which sends off MAJOR red flags.

Anyway, unfortunately both queer relationships in this story are unfortunately abusive and unhealthy, which is quite sad.

Character changes:

With Karabi I didn't change much, I already loved her design, all I did was give her an overbite (which I just found to be cute if i'm being honest), along with the small notch on the ear. I'll probably write a story on how she got that, so stay tuned

Oh also she's not abusive in my AU, we need healthy queer representation.

Kyoga

Personal thoughts:

I feel really bad for Kyoga, she's dealing with two abusive relationships that both ended in tragedy. You can tell she's scared of what will happen if she comes out, and she has every right to be! She was pretty much forced to come out, which ended in death and suffering, I can only imagine how guilty she must feel after that.

Anyway, Kyoga's story is sad, and I hope to give her and Karabi a better fleshed out story in the future (because who doesn't like gay content)

Alright, so I know you're all asking the question..... Why does Kyoga only have three legs?

Well, my answer to that is based on the new lore I'm making! All lioness meant to lead their respective kingdoms have a physical trait that differentiates from all the rest of the cubs, signifying their connection to their respective goddess.

As we know, Asra is blind, so I thought that the lions meant to lead the moon kingdom could all have a disability of some kind, whether that be at birth or not long after. I'm not sure what the physical distinctions are for each other goddess chosen, but I'm figuring it out!

Anyway, I didn't want Dreamer (Nothing) to be important just because she was the reincarnation of some able bodied lioness. But I also didn't want to change the story so drastically as well, because I feel like their story could be interesting if it was written the right way (which I hope to do). So I decided that I'll simply make Dreamer and Kyoga completely different lionesses, just both Asra chosen lions.

(Also, if this is insensitive, PLEASE let me know, I am not physically disabled so a lot of this I have little knowledge of, and if it is insensitive i'll change it to the best of my ability to something better)

I also wanted to just change Kyoga's colours to match hers in the night, I feel like it's more fitting as Asra's chosen, and I just like the design better.

Lastly, I wanted to mention that I'd think there'd be assassination attempts on the goddess's chosen. These are lions with a high power, and I'd assume that assassinations would be something to happen, or at least attempted. (I'm going to be honest drawing the ear was also killing me)
