When i saw the cake mould for this on ebay i just had to buy it
i had this idea that i could make a different type of cake for each letter so that it would be perfect for just about everyone.

so ...
the first one is chocolate cake covered in roll-out (fondant) icing.
the second is a victoria sponge with jam and cream
the third is chocolate covered in butter cream and silver balls
and the fourth is plain sponge covered in butter cream and hundreds and thousands.

i used the spare mixture to make cupcakes which were a lot of fun to decorate. i used buttercream dyed pink and bluey green. and jelly tots. and strawberrys. and silver balls and hundreds and thousands.

This was a birthday cake for one of my best friends who was 16 last friday!!!
