Description
So here's 's little green Nikiath. She was described as being mint green with a dusty of almost invisible markings on her back feet, tips of her wings and nose. I hope I accomplished that with this picture. ^^Related content

While most little girls grow up dreaming to ride a golden queen... I've always wanted to be a green rider. Beautiful little green.

Her front paws I find really amazing, for some reason. And the way the muscles pull with the wing. She's gorgeous.

I also like how well-put her anatomy is put together. Do you have any advice that may help me who is trying to draw pern dragons?

I actually find that circles and a snakey line to start with help. I sketch an oval for the head, chest, hindquarters and then connect them with a smooth line for the spine. With my dragons I try to make the front arms shorter than the legs, and try to keep in mind that the back leg muscles have to be super beefy to get them up into the air.
For the wings I try to think of them as a pair of arms with long fingers and webbing. That way they don't just stick out of the dragon's back. Also you can use your fingers to think about how the bones of the wings might grasp the air. Does that help at all?

Ohhh, I especially love this one! The pose is great, and I really like her wings, front claws, and face. Good job on the almost-invisible markings, too. I had to really look for them!
Such a lovely green. : D
