I haven't done a picture of Mathieu in a while, so here's a new one. I recycled the lantern from a picture I did a couple years ago. It was the only part of the original picture that I really liked.Hope everyone likes it!

The lights and streams look great, nice effect. The background is very atmospheric in tone and texture, and Matheu expresses a lot in his posture and face.

Absolutely superb and beautiful! The mist is very well done and the effect with the lantern is admirable. I love how well you drew the tree too.

I wrote two books starring him, but the publishers weren't interested, unfortunately. Nowadays it's all about having an agent to pitch for you. Most publishing companies don't take unsolicited manuscripts. Maybe someday when I can afford a book agent!

What?!! *grrrrss* Stupid publishers....Please don't give up! My dad writes tons of poetry and has been trying to publish it for years, but he hasn't given up and never will. I hope you'll be the same, please; promise me that when you do get them published, you'll tell me. I've been wanting to read them and so I'll wait with you. Good luck! ^^
