There is a zone in Venus's atmosphere in that pressure is around 1 bar and temperature oscillate between 0 and 50ΒΊC. This is possible at 50 Km over the surface. Scientist can live in this zone for long periods of time.Related content

The catch to this plan is getting into that zone with the gas bag intact.Β Why send a scientist when robotics can last years, even decades?

Very nice! Of course, you'd have to have any EVAs done with smaller balloons and it would be hard to maintain, along with oxygen tanks, air coolers and stuff like that.
