Hiz members of Life-Under-the-Trees !
Did you miss me?
I sure have missed this group as I surely haven't been around for a while...

I guess those who follow my account in general know that I have currently my hands full with University work. That is the main reason why I haven't been able to be active with this beloved group of mine and had to even drop my Founder status as I didn't feel right about holding the group back.
But I am more than happy to see it live on as strong as ever!

This picture is for the group activity check!
I actually finally managed to have some more time to start a new roleplay and actually draw something for the group
I am proud of that accomplishment

I still cannot provide a lot of my time for the group but I am slowly getting a chance to be slightly active there as well!
At least roleplay -wise if nothing else...

So the activity check demanded us to do a drawing from our latest roleplay, so I decided to draw something from SunStream246 's and mine roleplay between Lavenderheart and with her new character, Heronflight~

I am really glad to get to use Lavenderheart more since so much has changed from that moment when I became less active with LUtT...
She has so much to live ;w;

Here's a bit of the roleplay, if you're interested to read:

The tom smiled softly at the she cat, sensing her hesitation but he figured she would be ok. He took a few quick bites, finishing the squirrel and he gathered the remains, ready to take them to the dirt place.
Standing up he stretched out his back and grabbed the bones before looking at Lavenderheart waiting for her before they began their stroll.

As she was done throwing away her leftovers, Lavenderheart caught up with Heronflight at the camp entrance before they headed out from the camp.
Hearing the peaceful silent of the snowy forest, Lavenderheart felt an inner peace calming her down as they went on. "Ain't Leaf Bare beautiful?" she asked and glanced at the other warrior. "Such a shame that the prey doesn't think the same way."

The tom waited for her by the entrance of camp and when she joined him he began to walk. His amber eyes were in awe of the snow covered ground. He nodded at her comment and then did a slight chuckle," If only, sure would make hunting a lot easier," he smiled and kept walking. "So hows life?"

"Pretty normal", Lavenderheart replied and had a moment to look around the snowy forest. "Nothing too exciting isn't really happening... So pretty much the same regular warrior duties and such." Returning her gaze back to him, Lavenderheart asked: "How about your life?"

The tom smiled at her nodding as he felt snow crunching under his large white paws. He looked straight ahead and saw the frozen water that was a river and he smiled. But turning back the the she cat he nodded, "life has been fine, pretty normal, not much has happened." He smiled at her, his amber eyes were glowing fairly bright, the sun making them even brighter.

Nodding as a response that she had heard him, Lavenderheart glanced at the direction of the frozen lake and tried to get good enough view without the tom blocking him too badly. Finally she gave a slightly apologizing look to him before darting to the other side towards the frozen shore of the lake and stopped right away when the view of the frozen lake wasn't blocked by anything.
"Wow..." Lavenderheart took in some air in awe and stood there in silence for a while. Suddenly an idea got her but pretty soon her own brain worked as well as sense of smartness. Glancing over her shoulder towards Heronflight, the pale brown-and-white tabby she-cat padded towards the shore line that seperated the water from land and crouched down for a moment. Reaching out her paw, Lavenderheart tapped the ice with her front paw first gently then a little bit harder and finally she smacked it rather hard as she could.
Seeing how the ice was not affected by this, the she-cat stood up again and padded back up to Heronflight. "It seems like the lake is nearly a frozen solid", Lavenderheart informed him and glanced over the lake before she went on: "I am not surprised though! It sure has been quite cold during the past few days."

About the picture itself, I am really happy how it turned out!
I am super proud of the shading and it was fun drawing bunch of birches again
I realized that I forgot to add paw patterns to the snow but lets just pretend that the snow is slightly icy and more heavy than normally
