No offence but this tutorial is not that great, the depth is very minimal, and there are various tutorials which discuss in depth the details to "creating" captivating eyes, such as:

I know there are other ways to do this, but as far as I know, this is the one that requires the least knowledge and effort compared to the result. Well, unless you want to change the actual coloring of the eyes, which this isn't intended for. But I appreciate your feedback!
