Perhaps I'm the only, but I like the frame and text, I conprehend the contrast it makes, but I suppose I would have preferred a different font, something less pixelling, but not something flourishing, just, I dunno, century gothic or arial or some such thing. The rest of the picture is perfect of course, it has a geat dirty feel, and like it's dampening sound.
