besides horses and puppies and anything generally empathetic ... bubbles ... have always been a favourite of my little girl.she watches them drift toward the heavens.
i love watching her watch them.
but before they got to the heavens ... i got a frame.
Eos1D, 70-200mm 2.8 IS at 2.8, AV at 2.8, don't remember the shutter, probably in the 60-125 range. 400 iso. converted to b/w in PS 7.

i was never really a puppy girl... i was a horsey girl at one point... but not for long... mostly a barbie kid. used to dress them up, pose them and take photos of them with my mummys film camera... and cut their hair... and tattoo them

I have to admit, I tried capturing something similar this past weekend, but the little girl would run and hide every time I tried to take a picture of her playing with her bubbles......hopefully, I'll get the chance to try again.

this is so beautiful! when I was little, bubbles always seemed so magical to me, just the way that they floated so gently for miles and miles always captivated me, I don't know why. Heck, I still love bubbles! I love how the focus is on the bubbles and the rest is kind of blurred. Such a fond childhood memory brought to life. Heh, this makes me want to reach out and touch one of them! beautiful shot!

Haha - no I like it, I like it A LOT. I can only describe it as, awesomely wicked-sick-nasty as well as superbly neat in the category of F#$%in' ROCKIN' photography.
