ManiaAlias: Andrea "Andi" Benton
An antisocial teenager who after her family was killed by the mercenary Crossbones, becomes the adopted daughter of Eddie Brock. Ever since the event, Andi grew angsty and agitated over time and swears to one day make Crossbones pay. When trying to fight on her own, a small piece of the Venom symbiote bonded to her, turning her into the punky symbiote, Mania. Eddie, feeling responsible for Andi and her well-being, helps train her to better use her symbiote side.

WOW ... Eddie's adoptive daughter? That is cool. I remember that in the comics she was the student and ally of Agent Venom, but I still like your AU.
