I've been wanting to do this for awhile, to make myself see how much I've improved.I went through the very first pictures I put on DeviantArt on my old account. Most of them were dogs and cats, but I think this was the first human I ever really drew. (A little more than two years ago.) I decided to redraw it, even though everything about it was so horrible I had to change pretty much everything about it. I didn't use a ref, so there are some obvious anatomy errors in the newer one, but at least you can tell it is a person. I'm trying to stop relying on references so much.
Okay, so when I tell you my old art is bad. I mean, its BAD. REALLY BAD. EMBARRASSINGLY BAD.
Let this give hope to people who feel like they will never improve. <3
